Day 5 and I was back at work for the first time in almost a month due to illness. Not much food around except a tub if biscuits and a tin of banana cake so I didn't think about food toooo much until about 4pm then I felt really hungry. Got home and made Ryan a green thai curry and it smelt so good that was it I couldn't take any more and I had a shit load of pistachios followed by a slice of bread with almond butter. I feel bad for breaking the fast but I'm going to be super healthy as much as possible until I feel a healthy person at a healthy weight. Could literally stuff my face full of food right now but I won't! Can understand how people binge after a reboot though!
